Mid-America Lightning Sprints presented by Jayhawk Millwright will be starting a very busy race schedule this month. MALS will have back to back to back races scheduled starting with its second race of the season on June 21st CMS. MALS is pleased to be part of the newly re-opened Central Missouri Speedway in Warrensburg MO.

As a continuing effort to promote lightning sprints in these tough economic times we have reworked our payout structure to increase our payout from the bottom up, rather than the top down. MALS staff realizes it cost the same for a well funded team to travel to the tracks as teams that struggle’s to make each show. There for the June 21st Mid-America Lightning Sprints presented by Jayhawk millwright race will pay an unprecedented $125 to start and $500 to win the feature. This will insure almost all local teams that if they make the feature they will have enough money in their pocket at the end of the night to cover that night’s expense plus return the following weekend to race with MALS at Nevada Speedway in Nevada MO on June 28th. MALS will also host an autograph session with their fans at Nevada speedway at intermission which is always a fan favorite.

Also for the June 21st   CMS race MALS will be given out a $100 gift certificate from Eagle Motorsport Inc. for the eagle motorsports hard charger award. Eagle Motorsport Inc. chassis line now includes the ever popular Henchcraft lightning sprints a long with Eagle Chassis, Schnee Chassis, Stallard Chassis. Then to celebrate our countries independence on July 4/5th MALS will be teaming up with Rocky Mountain Lightning Sprints Association for a double header race opening for the STP world of outlaws sprint cars at Dodge City Raceway in Dodge city KS. This race will be paying $1000 to win each night. For more information on any of these races go to www.midamericalightningsprints.com
